The decoration of materials such as ceramic, glass or plastic is a very specific process requiring highly reliable decal paper. To ensure a perfect decorated finish, Ahlstrom offers decal printers a superior paper surface suitable for the most complex applications.

CALCOTRANS performs the most difficult situation being ceramic fired decals, glass decals, cold decals for plastic (e.g.: helmet), furniture, body art & tattoos, candles. Ahlstrom’s decal papers CALCOTRANS performs particularly well for fast firing cycles and difficult applications such as gold, platinum and cobalt blue (low dextrin gum coat weights/MG Technology)
