A new medical fabrics plant in India
Early 2010, Ahlstrom starts commercial production of a new spunmelt nonwoven plant in India. Ahlstrom strengthens its presence around the globe with dedicated medical fabrics manufacturing sites in Europe, the USA and now in Asia.
Our products are the single-use fabrics of choice for all operating rooms / theatres and other protective applications. Single-use fabrics sensibly reduce the risk of infection compared to reusable textiles and they can be tailored to the needs of any particular condition of use.
