Dear Ambassador, Mayor of Binzhou Mr. Cui Hong Gang, Guests of Honor and Colleagues

尊敬的大使阁下，滨州市市长崔洪刚先生，各位嘉宾同事们，大家好！

I would like to warmly welcome you to this festive ceremony celebrating Ahlstrom’s new wallcovering line here in Binzhou in the Shandong province.

奥斯龙墙纸生产线今天在山东滨州举行开业庆典，我对各位的到来表示热烈的欢迎。

This is a very important day for Ahlstrom for many reasons. Above all, we are very excited about this opportunity to expand our operations in China and to work and grow together with you here.

今天对奥斯龙来说意义重大，因为这意味着奥斯龙集团在拓展中国市场上又迈出了一步，同时对于能和大家一起在这里工作成长，我感到非常激动。

Ahlstrom is known for its high performance materials, with a history of 163 years. We have a strong footprint in Europe and the Americas, and we consider Chinese customers very important for our future growth. According to our strategy, we aim to grow with a product offering for a clean and healthy environment.

奥斯龙以高性能材料全球闻名，已经有163年的历史。如今，奥斯龙的足迹已遍布欧美，而未来中国市场对奥斯龙的发展至关重要。根据我们的战略，奥斯龙将推出有益于清洁和健康环境的产品，并以此来逐渐发展壮大。

We all see that the demand for clean water, better air quality, safe food and medical care as well as better quality of living is increasing. Ahlstrom addresses all these needs, and our products improve the functionality and environmental footprint of our customers’ products.

显而易见，如今人们更加渴望干净的水源，新鲜的空气，安全的食品及医疗护理，对生活品质的提升也是要求越来越高。奥斯龙的产品能满足上述所有需求，且我们的产品还有助于充分发挥客户产品的功能并降低其生态足迹。

Globally, nearly half of the cars running have filters made from Ahlstrom’s filter media. We are proud to be the market leader in the filter media business, but our ambition is also grow in products that enable better quality of living, such as wallcoverings.

全球范围来看，近半数汽车滤清器所使用的滤纸来自奥斯龙。作为滤纸行业的领军企业，我们感到骄傲和自豪。但是我们的雄心并未止步，我们还要生产提高生活质量的产品，如壁纸，以实现业务增长。

The wallcovering market in China has been steadily growing over the last eight years. China is now among the countries that have the highest consumption of wallcoverings in the world. This growth is expected to continue, and China is expected to become the largest market for wallcoverings in the world within the next two or three years.  We at Ahlstrom want to be part of this growth。

中国的墙纸市场在过去的八年时间里稳步增长。如今，中国已经成为世界上 耗用墙纸最多的国家之一。我们认为这种增长还将继续，且在未来2到3年时间里，中国有望成为世界上最大的墙纸市场。奥斯龙希望成为这个不断成长的墙纸市场供应商之一。

Binzhou was selected as a location for our wallcovering manufacturing, since we already have filtration manufacturing here. This location has proved to be a great platform to expand, a platform that can serve many of our business areas and customers across these businesses. 

因奥斯龙在滨州已经建立了滤纸生产工厂，所以墙纸生产地点也选在了滨州。事实证明滨州工厂可以得到很好的拓展，是个可以满足奥斯龙多个事业部及各事业部客户的平台。
