Our values

Our values form the guiding principles of how we act and behave. They are the compass for our day-to-day actions and key to the successful delivery of our vision and strategic ambition.

Ahlstrom-Munksjö’s strategic frame rests on four values and associated behaviors, which both reflect our history as well as the changes we need to deliver on our ambitious plans. Our values are closely connected with our previous cultural cornerstones and are based on our entrepreneurial culture. They are the cornerstones of our strategy and guide how we lead ourselves, others in the organization and our business.
