This summer, Jazz à Vienne and Ahlstrom are coming together through a local collaboration rooted in sustainability, innovation, and community engagement.

As part of the initiative, Ahlstrom donated Genuine Vegetable Parchment to support food service operations during the festival, contributing to a better event experience for visitors and partners.

The 45th edition of Jazz à Vienne will take place from June 25 to July 11, 2026, welcoming thousands of visitors, artists, and music lovers to the historic city of Vienne in southeastern France.

Located near Ahlstrom’s Pont-Évêque R&D Center, the festival represents an important cultural landmark for the region and attracts more than 200,000 festivalgoers every year. The collaboration reflects Ahlstrom’s commitment not only to developing high-performance fiber-based solutions, but also to supporting local communities and initiatives that promote culture, creativity, and responsible practices.

“At Ahlstrom, sustainability is not limited to product development; it is also about building meaningful connections with the communities around us,” said Noel Cartier, Head of Global Science and Technology Development at Ahlstrom’s Pont-Évêque R&D Center.

The collaboration also highlights the strategic role of the Pont-Évêque R&D Center, where Ahlstrom teams continuously work on developing next-generation specialty materials and packaging innovations.

By partnering with local cultural realities such as Jazz à Vienne, Ahlstrom reinforces its dedication to fostering long-term regional relationships while supporting initiatives that bring people together through music, culture, and shared values.
