Jacareí expande o sistema de manutenção e prevenção de problemas

O novo sistema de manutenção autônoma foi adotado em outubro, em todas as etapas de produção (máquina de papel, máquina de revestimento e processo de acabamento), após os bons resultados do projeto piloto, na máquina de papel, iniciado no ano passado.

Como funciona?

Basicamente, os operadores da produção identificam com etiquetas os locais da máquina que precisam de algum reparo/manutenção ou melhorias. Há dois tipos de etiquetas:

• as azuis, que indicam que o próprio operador da máquina consegue solucionar o problema, sem acionar o time de manutenção;
• as vermelhas, que indicam que é necessário contar com o apoio de uma equipe técnica de manutenção para conduzir a melhoria operacional.

Ainda que a solução seja simples e possa ser conduzida pelo próprio operador, é importante manter estes problemas visíveis e mapeados para que a equipe de manutenção fique sempre atenta e entre em ação caso seja necessário. 

Além da efetividade da solução, é prioritário que todos atentem para a cultura de segurança da Ahlstrom-Munksjö - Tema dos treinamentos iniciais para implantação do sistema de etiquetas. No início do projeto, “Durante o treinamento, em conjunto com nosso técnico de segurança, explicamos este novo sistema a todos os operadores de máquina de Jacareí, destacando que as atividades devem ser realizadas de acordo com a filosofia 5S e, principalmente, alertando as práticas não seguras no processo produtivo”, conta Igor Paula, engenheiro de Manutenção.

Além de monitorar as etiquetas vermelhas, o objetivo da área de manutenção é desenvolver os operadores para que eles consigam, cada vez mais, solucionar pequenos problemas sozinhos e de maneira efetiva, criando um processo ainda mais eficiente.

Jacareí expands maintenance and problem prevention system

The new autonomous maintenance system was adopted in October in all stages of production (paper machine, coater and finishing process), after the good results of the pilot project in the paper machine that started last year.

How does it work?

Basically, the production operators identify with labels the machine locations that need any repair/maintenance or improvements. There are two types of labels:

• the blue ones, which indicate that the machine operator themselves can solve the problem, without calling the maintenance team;
• the red ones, which indicate that it is necessary to have the support of a technical maintenance team to conduct operational improvement.

Although the solution is simple and can be handled by the operator, it is important to keep these problems visible and mapped so that the maintenance team is always alert and take action if necessary. 

In addition to the effectiveness of the solution, it is a priority that everyone attend to Ahlstrom-Munksjö's safety mindset - the topic of the initial training for the implementation of the label system. At the beginning of the project, "During the training, we brought our safety technician, and together, we explained this new system to all Jacareí machine operators, noting that activities should be carried out according to the 5S philosophy and, especially, alerting unsafe practices in the production process", says Igor Paula, Maintenance Engineer.

In addition to monitoring the red labels, the maintenance area aims to develop the operators so that they can increasingly solve small problems on their own and in an effective and safe way, creating an even more efficient process.
