Projeto Origami: Moldando os jovens profissionais do futuro

Lançado em 2018, o Projeto Origami é um conjunto de práticas da Ahlstrom-Munksjö Brasil, em parceria com outras instituições como o Instituto Komedi, a Fundação Educar DPaschoal e o Ministério da Cultura, que tem como objetivo o desenvolvimento do público jovem do entorno das fábricas. Dentre as ações programadas, podem-se citar apresentações culturais, oficinas, distribuição de livros em escolas do Ensino Médio e orientação profissional aos menores aprendizes.
A primeira iniciativa foi realizada em maio, em escolas públicas próximas às plantas de Jacareí e Louveira. Foram realizadas quatro apresentações da peça teatral "Esquetes Clássicos", para um público total de cerca de 900 estudantes, além dos aprendizes que trabalham na Unidade Jacareí. O espetáculo abordava grandes clássicos da literatura, leituras obrigatórias para quem pretende prestar o vestibular, de forma bem-humorada e contemporânea, para inserir as histórias no cotidiano dos jovens e despertar neles o gosto pela leitura, pela história e pela cultura brasileira. "Foi bem legal, porque eles contaram algumas histórias clássicas de um jeito moderno e interessante, totalmente diferente do que eu imaginava. Me surpreendeu", conta Weyder Abreu, aprendiz do RH.
Outra iniciativa do Origami foram as oficinas de artes cênicas aplicadas aos 100 aprendizes da JAM - Jacareí Ampara Menores, na sede da instituição. Este tipo de atividade auxilia o adolescente em diversas atividades tanto na escola como no ambiente de trabalho, fazendo com que ele entenda melhor o ambiente em que se encontra e como se relacionar com os demais.
A próxima ação será realizada em outubro, e deve atingir mais mil estudantes de escolas públicas, nas proximidades de Jacareí e Louveira. Trata-se do stand up comedy “Meu Dinheiro Vale Ouro”, sobre educação financeira, que tem o intuito de orientar os jovens a cuidar bem do seu dinheiro (muitos ainda irão receber o primeiro salário) e administrá-lo da melhor forma possível.
Origami Project: Shaping the young professionals of the future
Launched in 2018, the Origami Project is an Ahlstrom-Munksjö Brazil set of practices, in partnership with other institutions such as the Komedi Institute, the DPaschoal Educar Foundation and the Ministry of Culture, whose objective is the development of young people around the A-M plants. Among the actions planned are cultural presentations, workshops, distribution of books in high school and vocational guidance to young learners.
The first initiative was held in May, in public schools near the Jacareí and Louveira plants. There were four presentations of the play "Esquetes Clássicos", for a total audience of about 900 students, in addition to the apprentices who work in the Jacareí Unit. The show dealt with great classics of literature, obligatory readings for those who want to take the college entrance exam, in a humorous and contemporary way, to insert the stories in the daily life of young people and awaken in them the interest in reading, history and Brazilian culture. "It was really cool, because they told some classic stories in a modern and interesting way, totally different from what I had imagined. It surprised me," says Weyder Abreu, a RH apprentice.
Another initiative of the Origami was the workshops of scenic arts applied to the 100 apprentices of JAM - Jacareí Ampara Menor, in the headquarters of the institution. This type of activity assists the adolescent in various activities both at school and in the work environment, making him better understand the environment in which he is and how to relate to others.
The next action will be held in October, and should reach another thousand students from public schools of Jacareí and Louveira. This is the stand-up comedy "My Money Value Gold", about financial education, which aims to guide young people to take good care of their money (many will still receive the first salary) and to manage it in the best way possible.
