Munksjö Oyj: Appointment in the Management Team

Norbert Mix has been appointed President Business Area Decor as of 1 July 2015.

Mr. Mix (b. 1957) is currently Business Area Manager Sales & Marketing Decor
and has been employed by Munksjö and its predecessors since 2006. He will
continue to report to Jan Åström, President and CEO of Munksjö Oyj.

Mr. Mix has previously held leading positions within Munksjö, Technocell and
PWA in both Europe and North America. He holds a M. Sc. in Finance and Forestry
Economics. He is a German citizen.

Christian Mandl (b. 1949), Business Area Manager Manufacturing Decor and member
of the Management Team, will retire as planned on 1 July 2015.
