Our range of cooking and baking papers are suitable for industrial use, ready-to-bake rolled dough (refrigerated or frozen aisle), and dough cans. Thanks to their versatility, they are also ideal for modern cooking methods such as air fryers, multicookers, and steaming applications.

Ink-Free Patterning
Ink-Free Patterning is an Ahlstrom Proprietary technology that consists in a watermark-like embossing integrated during the parchmentization process. It adds visible patterns (logo, text, grids) without using ink. It's a functional and visual enhancement to bring.

Sustainability focus
Our cooking and baking papers are made from wood pulp, certified by FSC® and PEFC™, and are naturally PFAS-free.
The products are US BPI-certified compostable, TÜV-certified for both home and industrial composting (EN 13432).
The offering is CMA-approved for municipal composting in the US. All tests are conducted by independent third-party laboratories and certified by the most recognized bodies in the US and in Europe.
For Aderpack®, the certification process is ongoing and expected for Q4/2025.

The papers are made without intentionally added PFAS and are designed to support more responsible material choices.
Depending on the specific grade and region, selected products are certified for home and/or industrial composting, supporting end-of-life options aligned with local waste management systems.
