The parent company of Ahlstrom, Ahlstrom Oyj, has issued bonds which are listed on The International Stock Exchange (TISE) in Guernsey. The Market Abuse Regulation is not directly applicable to the company or its listed bonds, but Ahlstrom applies strict procedures on confidentiality of sensitive information and trading in the bonds. No trading is permitted during closed window periods preceding the issuance of quarterly interim reports. To the extent confidential information is determined to have a significant effect on the value of Ahlstrom’s listed bonds, additional trading restrictions are enforced for all persons having access to such confidential information.
