Ahlstrom sells a property in Germany

Ahlstrom, a global leader in high performance fiber-based materials, today announced it has sold a property in Hochheim, Germany for AERO Pump Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG for EUR 4.2 million. The sale is consistent with Ahlstrom's strategy to focus on development and manufacture of fiber-based materials and to divest non-core assets.
 
The property consists of a land area of approximately 26,000 m² and one warehouse building. It was a part of Ahlstrom's packaging operations that have been divested earlier.
