Ahlstrom-Munksjö: information regarding publication of January-March 2021 interim report

AHLSTROM-MUNKSJÖ OYJ PRESS RELEASE June 24, 2021 at 13:15 EEST 

Ahlstrom-Munksjö’s parent company Spa Holdings 3 Oy, which is required to report consolidated financial information to its debt investors, will publish its January-March 2021 interim report on Tuesday, June 29 approximately at 12:00 noon (EEST). The interim financial report will be available at www.ahlstrom-munksjo.com/investors.  

A live audiocast and teleconference call will be arranged on July 1 at 15:00 EEST (14:00 CEST). The event will be hosted by President and CEO Hans Sohlström, and Deputy CEO and CFO Sakari Ahdekivi. Details for joining the event can be found at the end of this release.

On June 23, 2021 it was announced that Spa Holdings 3 Oy had gained title to all the shares in Ahlstrom-Munksjö in accordance with the Finnish Companies Act and that shares in Ahlstrom-Munksjö were delisted as of that day from the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki. Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj will not publish a business review for January-March 2021 as the Ahlstrom-Munksjö shares have been delisted.
