Ahlstrom Holding 3 Oy announces an add-on to its Senior Term Loan Facility

Ahlstrom Holding 3 Oy has raised an EUR 60 million add-on to its existing euro-denominated senior secured term loan facility maturing in February 2028.
The proceeds from this transaction are planned to be used for general corporate purposes, including potential future strategic acquisitions of the Group.
