Ahlstrom Spantex™ edge bands are high-performance, fiber-based solutions designed to deliver durability and aesthetic appeal. Available with either treated or untreated surfaces, they can be laminated to achieve the desired thickness and are offered in both plain and wood grain printed versions - perfect for a wide range of interior applications.
Ahlstrom Spantex™ primer edge band is designed for painting and can be used as laminate base for high-quality edge bands.

The fiber used in our unbleached Spantex™ products is responsibly sourced from certified wood suppliers located within a 100-kilometer radius of our production facility in Billingsfors, Sweden. We ensure full traceability of every fiber used at the mill and uphold rigorous quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process—from tree to finished foil.
This commitment not only guarantees consistent product quality but also supports sustainable forestry and local sourcing.
