Women in Operations: Meet Maëlliss Cropsal

Maëlliss joined Ahlstrom four years ago, right after finishing her studies. She came to La Gère to work on her final-year project and then stayed on as a process engineer. As part of her role she analyzes data behind a problem and works with operators to discuss answers and ultimately find a solution.
