Maya’s path to operations wasn’t traditional. After practicing psychology and spending several years working on early childhood education programs, she began working in office administration and eventually found her way into operations. A continuous desire to learn led Maya into maintenance and still fuels her work at Ahlstrom.

Since moving into her current role as Maintenance Planner, she has built deep, cross-functional knowledge of every machine and department at the site, partnering with Production to keep maintenance schedules and work orders running smoothly.

Maëlliss joined Ahlstrom four years ago, right after finishing her studies. She came to La Gère to work on her final-year project and then stayed on as a process engineer.
