Customer survey results put Ahlstrom-Munksjö in the forefront of the industry

The results of Ahlstrom-Munksjö's recent customer survey, conducted by Opticom International Research, show that we are at the forefront of the industry with our fiber-based solutions and that our customers look forward to collaborating with us further. The total results of the survey demonstrate our strong performance in many areas, and especially in personal contacts, technical service, innovation and sustainability.

In a survey of over 450 selected customers, 78% consider Ahlstrom-Munksjö to be their leading supplier (75% in the previous survey in 2017) and most customers are likely to choose Ahlstrom-Munksjö as their supplier again.

The customer barometer index measuring attitude, loyalty and relative performance places Ahlstrom-Munksjö at the top end when compared to similar industries. Our Net Promotor Score of 57 is a World Class rating for a manufacturer in a B2B relationship.

"At Ahlstrom-Munksjö, we strive to be a valuable partner for our customers and contribute to their business success. These survey results clearly demonstrate that we are on the right track,” says Hans Sohlström, President and CEO of Ahlstrom-Munksjö.

“Our customers have also provided us with many concrete improvement suggestions such as putting even more efforts into innovation and development. Identifying trends and developing new solutions is important in ensuring our future competitiveness and responding to challenges in today’s society. We welcome this challenge and will come back to our customers with concrete actions for their benefit,“ he adds.
