Munksjö Oyj: Change in the holdings of Ahlström Capital Oy and AC Invest Five
B.V.
Munksjö Oyj has today received two announcements referred to in Chapter 9,
Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act. According to the
announcements, the holding of Ahlström Capital Oy in Munksjö has today fallen
below the threshold of 5 percent and the holding of its wholly owned subsidiary
AC Invest Five B.V. has today exceeded the thresholds of 5 and 10 per cent.
Ahlström Capital Oy has today sold 2,587,318 shares in Munksjö Oyj to AC Invest
Five B.V., corresponding to 5.07 per cent of Munksjö's shares and voting
rights. The direct holding of AC Invest Five B.V. and the indirect holding of
Ahlström Capital Oy has today increased to 5,637,787 shares, corresponding to
11.04 per cent of Munksjö's shares and voting rights.
AC Invest Five B.V. is a wholly owned subsidiary of AC Invest B.V. and AC
Invest B.V. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ahlström Capital Oy.
Munksjö Oyj's registered share capital is EUR 15 000 000 and it consists of 51
061 581 shares. All shares carry equal voting rights.
