Conheça Hans Sohlström, o novo presidente e CEO da Ahlstrom-Munksjö

Em 16 de abril, Hans Sohlström, assumiu o cargo de presidente e CEO da Ahlstrom-Munksjö, em função da aposentadoria de Jan Åström, que antes de estar à frente da Ahlstrom-Munksjö, desde abril de 2017, atuou por quase dez anos como presidente e CEO da antecessora Munksjö.
Nascido em 1964 e mestre nas áreas de Tecnologia e Negócios, Hans Sohlström tem mais de 30 anos de experiência na indústria de papel. Anteriormente, foi presidente e CEO da Ahlstrom Capital, desde o início de 2016. Também trabalhou por quase quatro anos como Presidente e CEO do Rettig Group e 24 anos em vários cargos de liderança na UPM-Kymmene Corporation, oito deles como membro da Equipe Executiva do Grupo. Na UPM, Hans Sohlström adquiriu experiência no desenvolvimento de novos negócios, vendas e marketing, além de atuar como Diretor de Fábrica.

Meet Hans Sohlström, the new president and CEO of Ahlstrom-Munksjö
On April 16, Hans Sohlström took up his position as president and CEO of Ahlstrom-Munksjö, after the retirement of Jan Åström, who prior to being in charge of Ahlstrom-Munksjö spent almost ten years as president and CEO of the predecessor Munksjö.
Born in 1964, Hans Sohlström, M.Sc (Tech.) and M.Sc. (Econ.),has over 30 years of experience in the paper industry. Previously, he was president and CEO of Ahlstrom Capital, since the beginning of 2016. He also worked for almost four years as president and CEO of the Rettig Group and for 24 years occupied several leadership positions in the UPM-Kymmene Corporation, eight of them as a member of the Group’s Executive Team. At UPM, Hans Sohlström acquired experience in the development of new business, sales, and marketing, besides acting as a Mill Director.
“I know Ahlstrom-Munksjö very well and I’m passionate about its business and mission to create innovative and sustainable fiber-based solutions. I am very excited to take this position and about the company’s future value creation potential,” Hans Sohlström says.
